What to Expect When You Book a Mediation
Booking Confirmation.
​Our office will review your booking to confirm you are not a robot. ​​​

If you are an attorney or law office, we'll contact you by email for information about the case, the parties, and the opposing attorney, then circulate the mediation information and Zoom link to all participants directly.

​If you are a self-represented individual, our office will hold your mediation date pending execution of our Mediation Agreement and payment of the mediation invoice. Once the contract and payment are received, you'll receive information about your mediation and the Zoom link.

Mediation Fees.
The parties are invoiced directly for the mediation fee. ​
We offer simple, transparent flat fee rates so its easier to plan, prepare, and move forward with confidence. Each session is led by Florida Supreme Court Certified mediators with deep family law experience, offering steady guidance, clear explanations, and a path toward resolution.

​Half Day (4 Hours): $1,000. Perfect for focused issues, such as parenting plan revisions or cases that need a structured conversation without a full-day commitment.

​Full Day (8 Hours): $2,000. ​Designed for comprehensive settlement discussions, financial matters, creating a parenting plan, and for families who want the space to resolve everything in one session.
